Twin brothers, previously convicted of felony crimes, are back in jail.
But this time they're charged with capital murder.
Keith D. McCuin (left) and Kevin L. McCuin (right), both 28, were arrested Wednesday afternoon at their home in southeast Fort Worth.
Police believe the brothers are responsible for the Nov. 22 slaying of Rodney Ryan at the All American Car Wash, 1341 E. Berry St.
1212 Rodney Ryan Ryan, a truck driver (left), reportedly was carrying $500 after the sale of a car.

The McCuins' mother complained that officers tore up her home and arrested her sons without good evidence.
"I think it’s just a downright lie," said Rose Mary McCuin. "Where is their proof?"
It's in a surveillance video of the crime scene, said Sgt. J.D. Thornton, who supervises the homicide unit.
The mother wasn't convinced. She said the men in the video look nothing like her sons.

Thornton added, however, that witnesses gave statements that connected the McCuin brothers to the murder.
