Rush Limbaugh Responds To Jay-Z, "I Did Not Know I Was On Anybody's Balls" [Audio]

Conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh has responded to Jay-Z's name drop from "Off That" and shared his interpretation of the rapper's "balls" reference.
Displaying slight confusion, Limbaugh spoke via his daily radio show to address Hov.

"I have been mentioned in a rap song by the rapper Jay-Z," Limbaugh said during his broadcast. "Gotta new song out there, what's the name of the song? Don't know what the name of the song is, new song out mentions me and the moderate Bill O'Reilly. Is this [marking] a new development in my career to be singled out in a rap song by the famous rapper Jay-Z? I guess it is, as far as I know I've never been mentioned in a rap song by anybody. I guess it means I've made it, I'm now in a rap tune by the famous rapper Jay-Z. 'Tell Rush Limbaugh to get off my balls, tell Bill O'Reilly to fall back.' I would remind the rapper Jay-Z, Mr. Z, it is President Obama who wants mandated circumcision. We had that yesterday. That means if we need to save our penises from anybody, it's Obama. I did not know I was on anybody's balls. I'm happy to know that they think I am though." ("The Rush Limbaugh Show")
Jay's song also took a jab at controversial radio host Bill O'Reilly.

"I just may let you borrow this," Jay raps in the song. "This The Blueprint, n*gga follow this/And if this is what tomorrow is/Welcome to tomorrow b*tch -- Yeah, you still on that/We still making money 'cause we still off that/Same black verse white, we all that/Please tell Bill O'Reilly to fall back/Tell Rush Limbaugh to get off my balls/This 2010, not 1864/Yeah, we came so far so I drive around town, hard top and exhaust -- How's that for a mix/Gotta black president, green presidents/Blueprint to my white iPod/Black diamonds in my Jesus piece, my God..." ("Off That")
While keeping his response limited, O'Reilly reacted and mocked Jay by comparing him to iconic soul singer, Otis Redding on his television show yesterday (August 24).

"The rapper Jay-Z has a new song out," O'Reilly said before playing a brief snippet from "Off That." "Hhmmmm...a regular Otis Redding, isn't he? Yeah. Hmm." ("The O'Reilly Factor")
Limbaugh is known for causing controversy due to his free spoken conservative points of view.

Limbaugh is the outspoken, ultra-conservative and ultra-popular host of "The Rush Limbaugh Show," an A.M. radio show about American politics. Limbaugh got his start in radio while still in high school. He landed in Sacramento, California in the 1980s and perfected the politically-oriented sarcasm that earned him national syndication. Limbaugh gained particular fame as a staunch opponent of president Bill Clinton; by 1995, when Newt Gingrich led a Republican majority into the House of Representatives, Limbaugh was one of the most popular radio hosts in the U.S., with a fervent audience of "dittoheads," fans who proudly parroted his conservative views.
