On Friday, January 16th, ABC's "World News" webcast exclusively presented the music video of Grammy nominated, multi-platinum artist Young Jeezy's new song, "My President" off his album "The Recession."

Watch the complete video here.

The video reminds you in part of Public Enemy's "Fight the Power," in which the whole community comes out for a common cause. Besides Nas, who raps on the record, Bow Wow, Bun B, DJ Greg Street and Jeezy's artist Roccett make cameos.

"I did [the video] with the 'Fight the Power' concept because I remember, back in the day, Flavor Flav and Chuck D marching down the street," Jeezy stated in an intereview with MTV News back in December 2008. "They had the old people, the young people, store owners, they had picket signs, everything. It was a sense of black pride, a sense of pride, period."

The "My President" video was directed by Gabriel Hart, and in the crowd, you can see fans holding picket signs that represent all the corners of the globe, as well as great hip-hop artists like Jam Master Jay, Tupac Shakur, Soulja Slim and Nas and Jeezy themselves.

Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets. So love the people who treat you right, and forget the ones who don't and believe that everything happens for a reason. If you get a chance; take it. If it changes your life; let it. Nobody said it would be easy, they just promised it would be worth it.

Forward is the only motion in this world that we live in, there is no reason to go any other way. Your work ethic determines your net worth. If you are waiting on someone to give you something you better keep waiting. Keep all lines of communication open because you never know who you may need or who may need you. Life is about choices and sacrifices. Choices change your perception of what is important in your life. Sacrifices change the way you live your life because somethings in life we don't want to give up.

Think about what is important in your life,

I would also like to say that as a race we don't have anymore excuses. Young Jeezy we appreciate what you and Nas have done to uplift our communities. It feels great to be a black man.

What's most important is what Jeezy said at the end and I quote "Ya'll Touch & We Ridin" meaning all these neo-nazi skin head KKK mf's try some shit, then I expect myself and all the thugs across this nation to ride on they ass. Hopefully it won't come to that. OBAMA 09

Correct me if I'm wrong but Jeezy was the first rapper to support Obama on wax(CD). He didn't stop there he kept it up thru the Recession promotion. Hat goes off to Jeezy for opening our eyes and making it cool to understand politics... Keep it up Jeezy... Because of what you've done, you opened up more avenues for yourself as an artist. Hopefully you get Grammy Noms... Eazy- W.Philly
