EMI Music Names Gary Beech New Urban Marketing VP

The same day that EMI Music announced a joint venture with Chicago rapper Twister, EMI Music North America has appointment Gary Beech as senior VP, urban marketing who previously held a similar post at Sony/ Columbia. Beech will report to Howard Handler, executive VP of marketing and oversee product management for Avant, J. Holiday, LeToya, MIMS and Novel. In addition, Beech and his staff will foster the joint venture projects from Fat Joe, Bobby Valentino and the aforementioned Twista.
