50 Cent's estranged baby mama Shaniqua thought she was being slick when she sprung a surprise drug test on 50 after he showed up in court to ask for permission to take his son Marquis on vacation with him from Aug 3 thru Aug 12, after Shaniqua refused to hand the kid over claiming those dates coincided with Marquis' summer basketball camp. Well, your boy took the test without hesitation and passed. But get this, Shaniqua FAILED her own drug test and blamed the opiates found in her system on a codeine-laced cough medicine she dranks takes.
