Cops cuff Walmart kidnappers

ARLINGTON, Texas -- Arlington police said Monday they arrested two men accused of kidnapping a woman outside of a south Arlington Wal-Mart.
Arlington police said they arrested Kori Cochise Draper, 20, and Shown Shevontea Johnson, 20, after they received several tips in connection with the case.

Surveillance video showed the two men walking out as the woman was walking out of Wal-Mart on South Cooper Street last Tuesday afternoon. Police said the men first approached the 51-year-old woman inside the store to ask her for the time. Then just a few minutes later in the parking lot, they forced her into their car at gunpoint and robbed her, police said.

The woman was dropped off outside a south Arlington house shaken up but not hurt, authorities said.

Draper and Johnson were transported to the Arlington City Jail, where they were booked under the charges of aggravated robbery, authorities said.
