50 CENT DENIES NEWS CORP MERGER: Rapper's management says recent reports are not true.

*The management team behind 50 Cent is denying recent reports that the rapper is currently hammering out a $300 million deal with Rupert Murdoch’s News Corporation.

AllHipHop.com says it has confirmed that 50's rep at Violator Management has called the report false.

According to reports, the deal was supposed to bring 50 Cent to MySpace Records, while News Corp would have controlling interest over the rapper's tours, books, film projects and Web site thisis50.com.

The reports are “rumors,” 50 Cent’s manager Chris Lighty confirmed with AllHipHop.com.
