hey...I have heard: "we have to bring New York Back...New York fell off", but I say New York is the origination and the birth place of HipHop,...the Nucleus, you will always claim it, so there is no bringing it back b/c it will always be there; recognize, but what people also have to understand is that Hip Hop is and will always evolve into new cells that keep creating it's building structure, so you will have varied formations of Hip Hop music that come from the many hoods and it's people that seek better in the land of have nots. Some of the youngins' in Hip Hop have really commercialized the Hip Hop format, you know, they are jus doin' the double dutch bus type style w/ songs like chicken noodle soup w/ a soda on the side, or even soldier boys commercial contribution, but to that I say "I can't hate on anybody that is makin' enormous paper,, he'll grow into it and become more of a lyricist (I hope) b/c I will say the commercial Hip Hop is a little taxing on my ears & the dances that go along with it, cuz i love the openess of dancin' free style...so in getting back to the focus, Fabolous you are a contender, jus stay up and we'll keep buying..i love the "you make me better cut and the video". but the way you are marketed may need questioning or simply new creation...real talk...holla at me. ~it's olga~
