Romeo Charged In Teen's Fatal Shooting

PITTSBURGH -- A 19-year-old man faces a criminal homicide charge in the fatal shooting of a teenager in January.

Ernest Tolliver was a passenger in a car that was leaving the Kentucky Fried Chicken drive-through in Pittsburgh's Homewood neighborhood when, police said, someone ran up to the car and opened fire, killing Tolliver.

Police said Wednesday evening that officers have arrested Romeo Price, who remains held at the Allegheny County Jail.
