I am a LAWYER...I know what kind of charges he was up against. There's no way a Federal Prosecutor lets a high-profile case get away on a deal like that unless you flip. For all you so-called trappers out there, if TI calls you and starts talking explicitly on the phone my advice would be to hang up.
