MEMPHIS, TN - Memphis police are investigating what could be a ring of thieves stealing flat screen TVs. Two men have already been arrested. Police say Bertrand Dorsey and his nephew, Jeremy Jamison, admitted to breaking into a southeast Memphis warehouse and stealing more than 400 flat screen TVs.
According to a court document, Dorsey told police they loaded up his white van twice. Dorsey also says his friend "Doug" helped them. Police say they are still looking for more people. Police say they found some of the stolen TVs at a truck stop on the corner of Lamar and American Way.
Jamison told police he had one of the TVs at his grandma's south memphis home. Jamison's aunt and uncle were at his grandma's house. They live there, but didn't want to speak on camera. They told us they didn't think Jamison had the TVs in the south Memphis house.
Jamison's aunt says if she would have known about the stolen TVs, "I probably would have reported him myself."
