Street Dreamz & Light House Foundation Give Back - Xmas 2010

Last night, Young Jeezy's Street Dreamz Foundation partners with the National Lighthouse Foundation yet again for another series of giving back to the community. The night included a dinner meal at Justin's, music, dancing, and gift give-aways to underprivileged kids in the Atlanta community.
