MEMPHIS, TN – Police say a father has been charged with First Degree Murder after his 3 month-old daughter died from head injuries.
According to investigators, officers were called to the Highland Creek Apartments in the 1300 block of Elmview, Monday, August 18, 2008, around 9:00 p.m., about a baby who was not breathing. When police arrived on the scene, they found 3 month-old Jalissa Fuller dead in an upstairs bedroom.

KSDK -- A Berkeley man was killed and two police officers injured after a confrontation in North County Thursday night.
