Jermaine Dupri was not deterred by the incident that occurred during the, “Welcome To Atlanta,” party and went on to have his celebrity basketball game. He's not old enough to drive a car. But Memphis Police say that didn't stop a 13 year-old boy from stealing one right off a dealership lot! The accused car thief in big trouble after crashing into a Memphis Police officer. Investigators say the teenager's joyride ended when he hit the patrolman, on Perkins near Quince. A Salisbury teen with a known gang affiliation is in jail today after police say he and a group of other teens beat up a man walking through their neighborhood just because he is white.

KSDK -- St. Louis Metropolitan police took two people into custody accused of assaulting six people after they got off at a MetroLink stop.
