Drive-by shooting of teens leads to call to action

Ministers, police officers and neighbors all gathered at the site of a recent drive-by shooting Monday to highlight the need for community action against violence.

The little green house on Pierce Street where 16-year-old Kymberlee Moore was shot last week still bears a bullet hole near its front door.

Jeezy Album Listening Party x Strip Club Etiquette

Tuesday night Young Jeezy had his album listening party at Sin City in NY. Lupe, Vince Carter, and Jazzy Joyce stopped by to show the snowman some love. Police kill man who shot at 2 cops

Chicago police overnight shot and killed an unidentified armed man who shot at police and then barricaded himself in a gangway on the South Side, police said.

The gunman hit one officer's shoe and the bulletproof vest of another, but wounded neither one, police said. He also opened fire with his semi-automatic gun on a police helicopter hovering over the scene in the Auburn Gresham community, police said.

Stockbridge Man Charged In Toddler's Death

STOCKBRIDGE, Ga. -- A Stockbridge man faces murder charges in connection with the death of a 20-month-old girl.

Henry County police detectives arrested Jamaal Tinsley, 31, Monday night.

Jury convicts teen of killing another teen last year

A Rochester teenager was convicted today of slaying another teen last year.

State Supreme Court jurors acquitted De’Shequan L. Nathan, 17, of second-degree murder but convicted him of first-degree manslaughter in the shooting of Christopher Jones, 16, on Nov. 17, 2007.

Hope amid the rage as 9-year-old improves after stray bullet tragedy
