Little Rock teens charged with capital murder

LITTLE ROCK — A Little Rock district judge denied bail Thursday morning for the fourth teenage boy charged in the Tuesday afternoon killing of a 67-year-old man in his southwest Little Rock home during a robbery.

BREAKING NEWS: Former Titan Steve McNair Found Dead

Former Tennessee Titans quarterback, Steve McNair, was found dead at an apartment complex in downtown Nashville.

According to WKRN, Mcnair was found shot dead along with another person. The identity of the second victim has yet to be disclosed.



So far, all that in known is investigators were on the scene Saturday afternoon.



McNair retired in April 2008 after playing 13 seasons in the NFL.

Chicago thugs invade medical office

Chicago police have released photographs of a man suspected of demanding money from a female doctor and attempting to sexually assault her in her North Side office Monday evening.

The doctor managed to disarm her knife-wielding assailant and badly cut him on one or both of his hands, police said this morning.

Seven teens shot on Detroit's west side

Detroit -- Seven people were shot this afternoon near a bus stop and gas station on Detroit's west side and police are searching for two shooters believed to still be in the area.

Newark man arrested in fatal shooting of 15-year-old boy

NEWARK -- A city man was taken into custody Friday for his connection with the fatal shooting in May of a 15-year-old, police said.

Darnell Roundtree, 28, of Newark, is facing charges for the death of Ubaidullah Shabazz, who was found with gun shot wounds to the torso at 19 Stratford Place, Detective Todd McClendon said. Shabazz was transported to University Hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later.

A passenger jet carrying 153 people from Yemen crashed into the Indian Ocean in bad weather early Tuesday while trying to land at the island nation of Comoros.
