Police make arrest in killing of Ex-Deep Creek football player

Huntington, W.Va., police made an arrest Sunday in the killing of a former Deep Creek High School football star early Saturday.

Donte D. Newsome, 25, died of multiple gunshot wounds at St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington after an altercation outside a nightclub in Huntington, W.Va.. Two other men were also shot outside the Fluid nightclub at 3 a.m., but both have since been released from the hospital.

Foster parents blame 3-year-old Kyle Smith for his death

The heartless foster parents charged in the slaying of 3-year-old Kyle Smith told cops it was all the little boy's fault - and that they thought he was faking it.

Man arrested in death of 4-year-old son

A Tulsa man was arrested on a child abuse complaint after his son was found dead in their home Tuesday.



Police believe that Terry Lamar Green, 25, waited too long to call 911 for 4-year-old Keyshawn Markham, according to an arrest report.

Detectives are awaiting a ruling from the state Medical Examiner's Office on the cause of the boy's death, police said Wednesday.

Angry beau sicced pit bull on kids

An enraged Brooklyn man tossed a pit bull into a basement full of terrified children Wednesday - using it as a "weapon" that chomped a 3-year-old boy, cops said.
