KSDK -- A Florissant teen was arrested Tuesday and charged with the murder of a 19-year-old over a gold chain, St. Louis Metropolitan Police said.
According to Erica Van Ross, a police spokesperson, investigators have charged 18-year-old Marquise Atkins with one count of first-degree murder, one count of robbery and two counts of armed criminal action.
