Just four months after a shootout occurred following his sold out concert in Denver, it was reported today (April 3) that a man was killed outside of an E-40 performance in Colorado Springs.

A doctor in Trenton, NJ, is facing a shutdown on his offices for violating health codes that may have caused an outbreak of Hepatitis B. Authorities have issued a warning to more than 3,000 people who may have had some sort of contact with the doctor or his patients.

The newly formed Dunwoody Police Department has its first kidnapping case. The Dunwoody police, who received their badges on Tuesday and hit the streets for the first time Wednesday, are investigating the kidnapping of a suspected drug dealer.
