We gather in a circle, everyone is equal, no one is higher, no one is above another and no one is better than the other. Powwow means gathering, or celebration. Where do I start and where do I end. An Oakdale man was sentenced up to 26 years in prison Tuesday afternoon, for the attempted murder of a Minneapolis Police officer. In November, 34-year-old Israel Anderson shot Officer Daniel Grosland in the ankle. Grosland was trying to break up a fight in a downtown parking lot.
