Sacramento gunfire victim, 16, had turned life around

Kidnapping ends in police shoot-out; victim still missing

New Orleans police officers shot and wounded an armed robbery suspect late Wednesday evening in a Gert Town shootout, following an odd chain of events that included a robbery and an apparent kidnapping.

The abducted man, Roy Wolfe, 34, of Slidell, is still missing, police said.

Third possible victim, witness sought in case of Richardson coach

Police continue to investigate whether a Richardson High School coach who is accused of having sex with two female students may have had other improper relationships, authorities said. Brent M.
