2 arrested for drive-by shooting

19-year-old Rashad Easley was booked into jail Thursday night on one count of first degree murder, three counts of shooting with intent to kill, and three outstanding warrants.

Jaguars running back arrested in South Beach

Veteran Jacksonville Jaguars running back Fred Taylor was arrested outside of a Miami Beach nightclub early Saturday morning and charged with disorderly conduct.

Taylor was not taken to jail, according to Detective Juan Sanchez, a spokesman for the Miami Beach Police Department.



He was instead released outside of Club Cristal on Fifth Street on his own recognizance with a promise to appear in court.

Man arrested after armed robbery

One person was arrested and three others are sought by police after an armed robbery in Tulsa on Tuesday.

The victim told officers four men took his vehicle at gunpoint about 4:10 p.m. in the 11900 block of East 15th Street, according to a preliminary police report.



One of the men drove off in the victim's car and the others left in another vehicle, the report states.

Suspect arrested in murder on North Prieur ; 3 others sought in slayings

New Orleans homicide detectives on Friday arrested one suspect in connection to a July slaying and publicly identified three others wanted in different cases.



At 3:22 a.m., officers booked Darrell Lewis, 23, with the second-degree murder of 18-year-old Deshawn Stewart, according to jail records. Investigators think Lewis shot Stewart once in the chest the night of July 18, leaving him to die in the 1500 block of North Prieur… Continue

Cops nab carjackers - Two arrested in connection with slew of weekend crimes

Two 18-year-old Queens residents were responsible for the cross-community havoc caused in both Marine Park and Canarsie last week, officials alleged.

Uncle arrested in fatal shootout that killed Camden boy, 4

The uncle of the 4-year-old boy shot dead during a gun battle last week in Camden was captured last night at the home of an acquaintance.

Dallas man arrested in mother's slaying

Dallas police were busy Wednesday investigating three deaths, including that of a woman who appeared to have been beaten to death and whose son was arrested in her slaying.

A 20-year-old man, out on bond on a charge of second-degree murder, will be arraigned today on a first-degree murder charge in the death of his 2-year-old daughter.

Teenager arrested in Good Samaritan's murder

Indianapolis - Metro police have arrested in a teenager in the murder case of Mario Gonzalez-Tello.

Gonzalez-Tello, 72, was trying to defend a friend who was being robbed. In the process, police believe Dominique Staten, 16, shot and killed Gonzalez-Tello. The incident occurred on June 20th in the 5300 block of West 38th Street.

11 year old arrested for break-in

TACOMA — A Tacoma boy who stole a car and talked his way onto airline flights as a 9-year-old is in trouble again.

Semaj Booker, now 11, was arrested in connection with a weekend residential break-in. On Monday, a judge ordered him held in juvenile detention until at least July 17.

Man arrested in death of 4-year-old son

A Tulsa man was arrested on a child abuse complaint after his son was found dead in their home Tuesday.



Police believe that Terry Lamar Green, 25, waited too long to call 911 for 4-year-old Keyshawn Markham, according to an arrest report.

Detectives are awaiting a ruling from the state Medical Examiner's Office on the cause of the boy's death, police said Wednesday.

Three IMPD police officers arrested for dealing drugs



INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - A federal grand jury has indicted four Indianapolis men for drug trafficking. Three of them are IMPD police officers.



The federal investigation began back in March. It took several months of surveillance and phone tapes to build the case.
