Reggae singer Eek-A-Mouse accused of rape in Kill Devil Hills

KILL DEVIL HILLS, N.C.

The reggae singer known as Eek-A-Mouse was charged Sunday with rape and kidnapping after a 23-year-old woman reported she was held against her will at an Outer Banks motel, police say.

Fort Worth man accused of killing Bedford store clerk faces death penalty if convicted

FORT WORTH — Jeff and Theodis Dodson entered D&S Food Mart in Bedford last year, walked around the store, then strolled up to the counter, one of the brothers carrying a can of beer, according to arrest warrant affidavits and store surveillance video.

One minute, clerk Gaurab Rajbanshi stood behind the counter, facing a cash register.

Man accused in gang rape in East Austin

Austin police arrested a man accused in the gang rape of a woman. A woman told investigators she was given some sort of date rape drug Friday night and then assaulted by about 10 men at a house in East Austin.

A neighbor called police Saturday morning when the woman showed up partially-clothed and crying.

Police say Robert Delone Scott, 35, was found next door with the victim's ID in his pocket.

3 accused of Dallas recording studio slaying

Two men accused of fatally shooting a Garland recording studio owner and his best friend bragged about robbing them, and an aunt overheard and called police, authorities say. Demarius Cummings and James Broadnax, both 19 and of Dallas, are being held at the Garland Jail in lieu of $1 million bail. Both are charged with capital murder.
