LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. -- Police arrested a Gwinnett County man Wednesday on charges he raped a 17-year-old girl while the suspect was out of jail on a work release program.
The suspect was a prisoner at the Gwinnett County Comprehensive Correctional Facility, but he was released each day to go to work. He returned to the jail each night.
