Woman loses fingertip in Tampa meat market brawl

TAMPA — The first time Jacqueline Wimbush got into a fight and lost a fingertip, doctors managed to save it.

Not this time.

Wimbush, who has a history of brawling, lost the tip of her left ring finger to another woman at a busy East Tampa meat market Monday, Tampa police say. "Right now it's gone, and there's nothing I can do," she fumed Wednesday.

TAMPA -- Police have arrested three suspects in the November murder of a Tampa man.

Police arrested LaBronx L. Dad Arrested, Accused Of Pointing Gun At Tampa Paramedics

TAMPA - Kelverick Lewis thought his infant son needed to go to the hospital, and he got enraged after Tampa Fire Rescue arrived on scene Wednesday night and said the child was fine, Tampa police say.

World's Largest Confederate Flying in Tampa

The Sons of Confederate Veterans are planning to put up a Confederate Flag the size of a semi-trailer.

At 30 feet high and 50 feet long, it will sit atop a 139-foot pole on private property and fly above a major freeway in Tampa, Florida.
