PITTSBURGH -- A tattooed teenager, already accused by police with threatening a local judge, is back in custody.



Glendale Smith, 17, escaped from his detention center guards after they took him to Children's Hospital in Oakland Wednesday afternoon. Allegheny County Sheriff's Deputies said Smith will now be charged as an adult.
