NORFOLK - Former football star Marcus Vick was arrested in Norfolk early this morning and charged with driving under the influence.



Police spokesman James Robertson said Vick, 24, was pulled over around 2:15 a.m. on Armistead Avenue after a brief police pursuit that began on Granby Street.
