PHOENIX -- Three people were wounded, two critically, when a gunman targeted a man he had been fighting with in a computer lab at South Mountain Community College late Thursday afternoon, police said.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Police on Wednesday announced the arrest of two men in the death of an Edward Waters College executive killed in his Arlington apartment on March 10.

Jeffrey Hardiman, 45, was the vice president of planning and research at the college. His body was discovered March 10 by a maintenance worker at River Bend Apartments.
