Memphis Truck Driver Arrested For Rape And Kidnapping

MEMPHIS, TN--A Memphis truck driver is in jail after being arrested on rape and kidnapping charges.

Police say Mateen Malik Hudson picked up a prostitute in the area of Lamar Ave. and Winchester Rd. in southeast Memphis Sunday evening.

According to a police affidavit, Hudson beat the woman, raped her, tied her up with duct tape, and took off towards Nashville with her in his truck.

Father of teens killed in stolen car crash says chaperones are responsible

RIAA to Stop Suing Music Fans, Cut Them Off Instead

After suing more than 35,000 people for illegally sharing music since 2003, the RIAA has reached agreements with several ISPs to cut off subscribers' internet connections if they ignore warnings to stop, Wired.com has confirmed.
