Pregnant Teen Shot, Teens Arrested In Neighborhood Fight

INDIANAPOLIS -- A neighborhood feud ended Monday evening with a pregnant teenager shot and several juveniles under arrest, police said.

Officers were called to the 2800 block of Draper Street just before 7 p.m., said Indianapolis police Sgt. Matthew Mount.

LEVI LEE and Bryson Mills arrived on the doorstep of the Daily News last week looking bruised and battered.

Even hard-bitten reporters - their eyes widening - seemed taken aback by the appearance of the two young men.

HIV Infected City Pool Employee Charged with Rape of 17 Year-Old Memphis Girl

MEMPHIS, TN – Police say an employee at the Westwood Swimming Pool is charged with Aggravated Rape and Criminal Exposure to HIV of a 17 year-old girl.

According to investigators, the teenage girl told police that Timothy Bernard Payne offered to give her a ride home from the pool. Bloods trial opens with focus on witnesses

NORFOLK



Defense attorneys Monday challenged the government's case against two accused leaders of the Bounty Hunter Bloods, saying during their opening arguments in federal court that witnesses will be lying and the evidence will be thin.

ST. PETERSBURG - Two men are in custody on charges of trying to kill three people during a robbery at a convenience store Sunday.

Man Beats Puppy With Broken Table Leg

DECATUR, Ga. -- A DeKalb County man faces animal cruelty charges after police said he beat a puppy so severely it had to be euthanized.

Lawrence Peterson, 58, was charged with felony animal cruelty after investigators found the pit bull mix puppy unresponsive in the back yard at a home on Camby Lane in Decatur Saturday. The puppy belonged to Peterson’s roommate, investigators said.

Norfolk gang leaders face dozens of counts in U.S. courtroom

NORFOLK



Last summer, Marlon "Black Marlo" Reed and a group of his Ocean View-based Bounty Hunter Bloods headed to a house in Virginia Beach with the intent to commit another of the gang's signature home-invasion robberies.

Three killed in two afternoon shootings in New Orleans

Three men were shot to death in the span of two hours this afternoon in two separate incidents in New Orleans.

First, two New Orleans men were shot to death in a vehicle Uptown. Travain Jones, 20, died on the scene, and Bryant Langston, 17, died shortly afterward at University Hospital, according to Orleans Parish chief coroner's investigator John Gagliano. Cops nab carjackers - Two arrested in connection with slew of weekend crimes

Two 18-year-old Queens residents were responsible for the cross-community havoc caused in both Marine Park and Canarsie last week, officials alleged.
