Man That Threw Baby Out Window is Facing Death Penalty

Florida prosecutors will seek the death penalty for Richard McTear who is accused of throwing a 3-month-old infant from a moving car on Interstate 275.

If McTear is convicted of slaying baby Emanuel Wesley Murray, Assistant State Attorney Jalal Harb said the state will seek to put him to death.

Moms charged in Memphis, Bartlett with leaving children in cars

Two women, one in Bartlett and another at Southland Mall, were arrested Thursday in separate incidents of children left unattended in cars. Bartlett police charged 30-year-old Wafaa Khartoum of 5295 Steuben in Raleigh with reckless endangerment of a child. Memphis police charged 27-year-old Tiffany Purnell of 3417 Spottswood in East Memphis with child abuse and neglect.

BREAKING NEWS: Former Titan Steve McNair Found Dead

Former Tennessee Titans quarterback, Steve McNair, was found dead at an apartment complex in downtown Nashville.

According to WKRN, Mcnair was found shot dead along with another person. The identity of the second victim has yet to be disclosed.

So far, all that in known is investigators were on the scene Saturday afternoon.
