Officer is charged with 6th degree larceny over water hose

Derby (WTNH) -- An Ansonia police officer accused of stealing a garden hose from his own department faced a judge today. And the feds are now looking into the case against Officer Mustafa Salahuddin.

Officer Salahuddin was arrested for allegedly stealing a garden hose from the police station, but he and his supporters say the arrest was really the result of 10 years of ill will and racism.

Execution by Military Is Approved by President

Ex-Morgue Worker Accused Of Sex With Corpse

CINCINNATI -- A grand jury indicted a former employee of a Cincinnati coroner’s office with the abuse of a corpse more than two decades ago, WLWT-TV in Cincinnati reported.

Two Lakeland Men Suspects In Fatal Shooting

LAKELAND | Law enforcement officials have identified the two Lakeland men arrested following an armed robbery and fatal shooting Sunday that began in Fort Meade and ended in Lakeland.

Suspects arraigned in Wayne County dog fighting ring

DETROIT -- Wayne County Sheriff Warren Evans said Monday that more than half of the 55 people arrested in connection with an alleged dogfighting ring have been arraigned, despite being released earlier this month because of legal technicalities.

GANG BRAWL AT MALL

Raleigh, N.C. — A massive fight that involved hundreds of people and forced the evacuation of Triangle Town Center mall was gang related, Raleigh police said.

Crack Cocaine Ring Busted In Wythe County, Va.

Six of seven men believed by authorities to be involved in a crack cocaine ring were rounded up late Thursday and early Friday, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Virginia.
