How does 1 go about telling her bo$$, who is MADD koo, that if u don't get a high raise ur quit'N on her ass?!?!?!?! Pls. Gimmie sum pointers!!!

How bad does the company need you at your position? If someone new can come in and do your same exact job then it probably will not work out well. But if you are competent employee, and at a position where the company counts on you to get things done and you can do it right, then go for it. Just be respectful, go up to your boss and ask to talk in private. Tell her/him all of your strengths, everything you have done to improve the company, and what you see yourself doing in the future for the company. Do some research to find out what other people at that position are making and go from their. It's all about negotiation. If you feel like the company needs you then go in confident, ask for your raise, and don't be cocky about it. Lemme know if you have any more questions...

Oh my god!!!! Thank u soo much for the advice!!!! My fiancé t0ld me to do the same thang, so I was looking for a 2nd opinion & u told me to do the same exact thing he told me.... I am 110% sure they need me!!! I work for a Bank down in the FL. Keys, & I do everything that my Branch Manager does. When she is not there, I'm the DAMN Manager it's just I don't have the title & my pay Is nooo where near hers!!!! :-\
I am a Customer Service Specialist. In May I will have 3 years working for the Comp. & I've only gotten a $2.00 raise, which is not bad... However I got WAY mó response'abilities NOW!!!!! And I would like a Title & a Raise!!!!
