i dont know about best ever and believe me young jeezy is my favorite rapper, but you cant forget Tupac, and my god uever listhen to big Pun fuck he definently got the sickest flow and really fuking lyrical.all that aside if TM:103 is his best work I think we can official say he is the best breathing or dead.

Biggie Smalls has the best lyrics I've ever listen too. But Tupac, Jeezy, TI, and other rappers are making decent music as well.
