Ross album was a disappointment?? Wow...nd it just seems like u go by sales...that's all I keep hearing...u say ross has all these features....he had the same ones as Jeezy basically...+ his own labelmates....which to me...don't count as a feature...none of the self mades went platinum...but they have a slew if talent that's goin to do well in the game.....nd far as Jeezy songs having substance...he does...but not the ones u named...just because he disguises coke talk...doesn't mean it has substance...everythan has substance...smoke n fuck...those other songs are just repeats of shit I heard before...nd that I don't care to hear about.....attention......sellin dope doesn't make u cool....where I come from..

I just wish somebody could tell me what was the last HIT Ross had that HE made a hit by himself. I'll wait. You can have all the "talent" in the world but if it's not selling enough records and producing enough fans, it's all for nothing. In music your connection has to be more with your fan base and make them feel what you feel and relate to them. Jeezy does that. Ross is more like a good short film, when the song is over you're like ok that was good. But then it's on to something else. I like things that I can relate to and that are timeless. I can't do that with Ross. It's all food and money with him...lol! JK. But watch how quick this album fades. That's why he has to keep coming with projects to stay relevant. Because he's easily forgotten. Nothing he raps about makes me say man, I've been there before, I've done that before. It's fairy tale rap but hey, to each his own. I need music that hits home with me and I've related to Tupac and had nobody to relate to till Jeezy came about. People love to hear your REAL story. And the promo for GFID was unreal, Elliott Wilson and others devoted their lives to the project and it still may not outsell TM103 which had little promotion or singles.
