The Real is Back > TOD2

Its probably just my taste, but I like his flow in The Real is Back better than TOD2. Most of the tracks on The Real is Back go HARD and slam on my 18"

TOD2 music is too chill for me...that flow wasnt going to work for tm103. Notice how he switched it up for 2011? The Real is Back flow will give him more success

shit yeah. the production on Trappin aint dead and Trap or die 2 was perfect. Real is back pales in comparison. But that shit still hot.

still think bout some of the tracks on trappin aint dead and ToD II.my money,biggest movie ever,ride wit me,illin,problem,and the tracks he aint even finish were all album and radio play worthy.i think jeezy coulda came way harder on the real is back

I feel like lyrically, T.O.D. II was his best work. From a pure rap perspective, that's the best I've ever heard Jeezy. I also give him credit for trying different styles, beats and flows. I know a lot of fans like the old Jeezy, but you can see how much his rap skills and vocabulary have improved and artists that usually stay stuck in the same place tend to fade away. The Real is Back is more back to the original Jeezy formula: heavy on the bass, simple flow and stick to the streets. I like both, though and just think they both set out to do different things.
