The mixtape has a couple of bangers, no doubt, but even Gucci fans can't deny dude is hella repetitive. He has some of the sorriest, simplest, most boring hooks in rap nowadays. Anybody can say one or a couple of words over and over again. Don't get me wrong, a lot of rappers do it from time to time. Gucci does it on a consistent basis. That said, the whole tape is standard Gucci/trap music. Nothing even stands out to me. Preferring him over Jeezy is all in personal preference, but I've never saw what keeps people flocking to Gucci.
