Orlando, FL – Hard at work on his WordofSouth ENT/Urban Music Alliance digital album release "Flight Risk", Wes Fif still maintains to connect with his core fan base with the release of his new mixtape "All or Nothing."
"All or Nothing" is a 15 track mixtape featuring 11 unreleased tracks including his new street single "I'm Tellin Ya" that he leaked last week. The mixtape was put together by DJ Obscene who has worked with Ace Hood on both of his official mixtape's and he also has mixes all of Poe Boy Entertainments mixtapes.
"Wes Fif has always been consistent with his music, and consistently representing Florida in the right way," said DJ Obscene. "On "All or Nothing," he continues doing so, and then some."
Still unsigned by a major label, Wes decided to take it back to the streets, work independent, and put less focus toward getting a major label deal.
"To be all the way real man, I'd be lying if I said I don't want a major label situation," said Wes Fif. "At this point though, I realize that there are no trendsetters and risk takers in this game, just followers. There's an A&R at every label that knows who I am, know what I do, know my movement. They just scared. I don't have any spins and that's the problem. But, the niggas with spins floppin' hard as fuck. They have no following and the consumer doesn't know them. Once these niggas get away from that paid for spins shit, they'll wake up. In the meantime, I'm in these streets. The streets love me. Suburbs too. It's all or nothing now."
Wes also spoke on the latest XXL issue which showcased their opinion on the top 10 freshman in Hip-Hop which has caused a stir on the internet with the list seeming to lack diversity on the artists that they chose. The video can be seen on his YouTube channel
