He was a Correctional Officer.
They aren't cops.
They are privately paid enforcers for privately own prisions.
There are State Pens.
Those are Enforcers, but theya re payed by the state.
Regular Prisons are Privately Owned.

It don't matter because it was only 16 Months.
AND being a C.O. he knows what NOT to do.
